There are a few people that I have come across that don’t like to cook egg without additional ingredients, but I am sure you you would like this Japanese style recipe. This recipe is out of an old Japanese Magazine. You can use ground breast chicken instead of ground beef, you choose! This recipe we are going to learn today is a Japanese Recipe, Oregon Chicken Scotch Egg Ball by Nippon via nippon nin. First, mince the ground chicken by with sharp knife on the cutting board. Then, mix them with corn, green beans, seasoning-sake, salt, pepper and cornstarch till sticky condition. After that lay out a good size plastic wrap for putting a thin spreaded meat mixture in the center.
