Creamy, soft and stunning color baked pumpkin cheesecake found on Trace of Sweet Muffins by author Asiek. The recipe has been found on the blog Kwestia Smaku, but adapted it to the holding of the author. This cheesecake will be cooled in the refrigerator overnight before serving with butterscotch sauce sprinkle on top of it. Maybe a special cake for Halloween celebration?
