Mayhaw Jelly Cheesy Pinwheels

Well, this recipe is made from cheesy mix of dough spreaded thinly with Mayhaw jelly then the chopped pecans are sprinkled all over there. Next, it is rolled into a log shape. The rolls are then wrapped in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

This roll is sliced into pinwheels of approximately 1/4 inch thick. Bake in 325 degrees hot oven for fifteen minutes. Take out them to a cooling rack ready for serve.

Have delightful little bites of sharp cheese with tea. Thanks for the recipe by Lana from Never Enough Thyme when Lana’s cooking.
