This recipe is about how to make a simple Japanese Avocado Maki with freshly cut Avocado & Mayonnaise.

Get ready one yellow ripe Avocado, cut around the middle of the fruit, carefully twist around to open the avocado. Tada! you will see a big seed inside the avocado. Well, take out the seed. Then cut the avocado in lines, scoop out the avocado flesh with a spoon.
Then get ready the sushi rice with mixing hot rice with rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Below are the composition:
- 2 cups of rice (360ml)
- 4tbsp vinegar
- 2tbsp sugar
- 1tbsp salt
Then get ready a piece of nori (seaweed spread).
Place sushi rice on the nori with leaving 15% space at one edge to close up the roll later.
Place a spread of mayonnaise onto the rice, then topping it with avocado flesh slices.
Roll up with a sushi mat, press tightly across to distribute the sushi roll equally.
Slice the rolled up sushi roll evenly with a knife and then ready to be served.
You can enjoy it with wasabi or Japanese soy sauce.
