Homemade Japanese Omelet sushi made using five eggs combined with Japanese Sake, Mirin and Dashi.
The omelet is placed on the top of sushi rice. Simply delicious!

First, to make the Japanese Omelette , you need to prepare the following ingredients:
- 5 eggs
Stir and mix all of them together before oil and fry the mixture in a rectangular pan. Flip over, oil it and repeat until mixture finished cooked.
Wait the omelet to cool down under room temperature. Then cut the omelet into even slices.
Then mold the sushi rice into rectangular shape, similar to the size of the omelet you had prepare earlier. Top the sushi rice with the omelette slice and then wrap with a thin strip of nori (seaweed).
Delicious Tamago Sushi is served.
