Warship Sushi ? ever herd of it ? It is also known as 軍艦巻, “warship roll” or Gunkan maki in Japan. It is a warship shaped sushi with various toppings choices.

First prepare the below items.
- Sushi Rice
- Gunkan Sushi Mold
Place rice inside the mold with a small spoon. Then cover and compress the sushi rice.
Cut the seaweed according to its available line marks.
To avoid rice sticking on your hands, place your hands in ‘warm vinegar water’ before touching the sushi rice. Separate the rice carefully from the mold.
wrap the rice with seaweed with rough side of the seaweed facing the rice and shiny side facing outside. Stick the seaweed end to end with a rice grain.
Topping the sushi with a layer of mayonnaise, then follow by your choose. Avocado, Corns, Cucumber, Carrot, Tuna, Crabmeat, Cheese, Hotdog, Egg, Salmon and any toppings you like to make your own flavor of Gunkan Sushi.
