To serve a dragon fruit in a beautiful way, cut the dragon fruit in half nicely. Scraping out the fresh insides around the edges using a spoon from its pink skin, cut into small diced pieces. Finally, place those diced pieces back in the skin for a pretty dessert decoration and fun presentation at a party. Have a try. Adapted from Peanut Butter Runner by Jen.
