The ingredient for Little Prunes Bread.

▶️ Dough Ingredients 面团材料:
Milk 牛奶 210ml
Yeast 酵母 3g
Sugar 白糖 25g
High Gluten Flour 高筋画粉 300g
Salt 盐 3g
Butter 牛油 30g

Mix the ingredient one by one, mix and beat well till smooth dough is produced.
把面团材料一一混合并搅拌均匀。

Wait for the fermentation for 1 hour.
让面团发酵约一个小时。

Mix and beat the dough again till smooth.
继续揉面团到柔软。

Divide the dough into 15 equal portion.
把面团分成15份。

Place the prunes in the middle of the dough.

▶️ Special Ingredients 馅料:
Prunes 黑枣 / 干梅子 15pcs
Dried Cranberry 蔓越梅干 20g

Place the seedless prunes in the middle of each dough portion and cover well.
把黑枣放在面团中间然后包起来。

Let it continue to ferment till it double its original size, then brush a layer of milk on top of it.
让面团继续发酵致到双倍大,然后漆上一层牛奶。

Sprinkle some cranberry on top of the bun.

Sprinkle some dried cranberry on top of the bun.
在面包上撒上一层蔓越梅干。

Preheat oven to 180°C and bake around 20 minutes.
烤箱预热至 180°C,烘烤约 20 分钟。

Tasty little bun with prunes within.

Cool under room air and ready to serve.
在室温下凉后可以食用。
