A simple Sweet, Sour and gelatinous Mochi treat that is easy to make at home.

The Ingredients includes:
- 120g Glutinous Flour
- 30g Corn Flour
- 100ml Fresh Milk
- 100ml Coconut Milk
- 15g Butter
- 140g Sand Sugar
- Shredded Coconut
- Frozen Mangoes
- Peanut Sauce
Firstly melt the butter in a per-warmed cooking pot. Add in fresh milk and coconut milk and then stir to mix. Then add in Glutinous flour , Corn flour, Sand sugar and then mix them equally till smooth. Filter the mixture through a filter into a bowl.
Steam the dough for 10 Minutes till is semi solidify and cover the bowl with plastic wrap and then leave cool till room temperature.
Prepare the mangoes by cutting it into small cubes, then mold the dough to enclose the mango to make mango Mochi. You can also place some peanut butter sauce to make peanut Mochi.
Spread some coconut shred around the Mochi so that it is easy to hold in hand and not sticky.
