A stack of warm and fluffy scrumptious pancakes made of pumpkin. Flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon whisked together with ground ginger,salt, nutmeg, and a pinch of ground cloves. Stir together milk, pumpkin puree, melted butter, and egg in another bowl, fold mixture into dry ingredients. Melt some butter in a skillet over medium heat before you pour in 1/4 cup batter for each pancake to cook for about 3 minutes per side. Serve with butter and syrup. Adapted from Sweet Pea’s Kitchen.
