Wheat-free pastry tart containing dark chocolate plus watermelon, pear, apple or ginger jam and cream as filling. Peeled pear cut into thin slices to cover the chocolate base, overlapping them to cover well. Topping with a thin layer of jam and after that cook for about 15 minutes.
