Delicious Japanese egg-tofu with marinated meat, cut into desired serving size and coated with corn flour lightly. They are deep-fried with medium heat till golden brown, drained and set aside. Tiny bit of hot bean paste are added to enhance the taste. In a small claypot, add in ginger, garlic, vegetables, broccoli, straw mushroom, salt and taste followed by tofu.
