Ever want to have a mango cheese cake but you don’t have oven beside you while you need it ? well there is a recipe for making cheese cake without baking it.
Below is the video on how to make a no bake mango cheese cake.
Step 1. Bottom Layer 㡳层 (Crust Layer 脆皮层)
- 10pcs Small Biscuits (饼干)
- 30g Butter, Melted (牛油溶化)
Crushed the small biscuits into small crunchy pieces and mix with the melted butter, then placed in a pot and refrigerate them.
Step 2. Middle Layer 中层 (Cheese Cake Layer 芝士蛋糕层)
- 120g Frozen Mangoes (冷冻芒果)
- 150g Heavy Cream (奶油)
- 150g Cream Cheese (乳酪)
- 50g Sugar (糖)
- 10g Gelatin Powder (吉利丁粉) 2tbsp Hot Water (热水)
- 50ml Mango Juice (芒果汁)
- 1tbsp Lemon Juice (柠檬汁)
- 2tbsp hot water
Mix all the above ingredient in a blender until evenly blended. Place the blended mixture on top of the crust layer that you had made earlier and refrigerate them.
Step 3. TOP Layer 上层 (Mango Gelatin Layer 芒果吉利丁层)
- 3g Gelatin Powder (吉利丁粉) 1tbsp Hot Water (热水)
- 100ml Mango Juice (芒果汁)
Mix them and place on the previous two layers and then refrigerate them. Decorate with cream if desired.
After been refrigerate, serve them straight from the freezer cold.
